No walk ins will be allowed

Clients will be charged an extra R25 if they are +15 minutes late.

If clients are 30 minutes late, the appointment will be cancelled automatically

Cancellation should be done 24 hours in advance

Transportation will be charged at R3,50 per kilometre

For soak-off a client should arrive an hour before the appointment
